- Get free quote: Our onsite office movers complete a visual walk through of your current location. From the onsite meeting we will determine what services are required and the inventory to be moved. We will also view the loading docks and verify elevator restrictions, if applicable.
- Get a customized move plan: Because every move is different, our team will follow up with a custom-made move plan tailored for your needs and deadlines. This unique plan ensures that the process is efficient and safe and your move is as simple as possible. Trained to handle any deadlines and last-minute changes, our staff will work closely with you to complete your relocation according to your own schedule and preferred dates.
- Get moving: Once the move date is set and reserved, our planning team will assign your crew and trucks. The name of the foreman will be provided, along with what services need to be completed and when, according to the list of move tasks. Every item in the existing space will have a label indicating its location in the new space, or a designation for storage, recycling or disposal. Post-move, we confirm setup and make sure all debris, unwanted materials have been removed.
