Denis and his team are true professionals. ComfyMove came highly recommended, has garnered nothing but positive reviews and we can certainly see why. Denis/ComfyMove was the only one of the few companies we contacted who researched the MLS listing and photos of our move-from house to inquire what furniture, etc. he saw in the photos, was being moved to the move-in house — we were impressed with that. The booking process was extremely easy and we were able to get our preferred moving date secured. Denis confirmed his arrival time on the day prior to our move. They arrived on time, surveyed the premises installed their equipment and got to work immediately. We were relocated from a 4-level townhome to a detached 2-storey. They were really on top of things. Deniss large truck is modern, exceptionally well maintained and boasts features not normally seen in the industry such as side doors and ramps that can be configured in a variety of ways to the side or at the back, making just about any move related challenges much easier. We cant say enough good things about these 3 guys who worked tirelessly without much of a break to make an otherwise anxious experience less stressful. We have to do this all over again within a year and you know it ComfyMove and Denis will be right there helping us a second time!

Denis & team did a fantastic job moving our trickier to move items that our other movers couldn’t handle! Moving our couch up to our third floor with hoisting / through the balcony window and then disassembling the Peloton to get it down the tricky stairs — everything was done with care for our stuff and our home and we cannot be more grateful! We moved from Bloomfield to Hamilton in one day. The 3 men were hard workers and they didn’t stop moving at either site. They were competent and fast and we had a lot of stuff to move. They disassembled and wrapped at one end and reassembled at other end without a wrong move and the furniture didn’t suffer any damage. I would not hesitate to recommend you. Thank you Simply Move!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from them. From confirming date of move to the end of moving day, everything was as agreed on. They were very quick and did not waste anytime. The 3 guys were very good at moving everything and being careful not to damage anything, including all the items being moved and protecting the floors, and making sure not to scrape the walls. They even give you boxes to hang your clothes, which was great. Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for movers.

No amount of praise is enough for Denis & his company! He is the most honest, caring, detailed, pleasant , reliable & meticulous Mover I have ever worked with. I had several fragile pieces of furniture, crystal lamps, crockery etc. All these item I had inherited from my Mom so all very dear to me. Denis understood my concern and explained in detail how he will handle each item with care. He indeed handled each item extremely gently, all wrapped in moving blankets and handled gently & carefully. Even the moving trolley they used was wrapped in moving blankets so nothing gets scratched.. wow!! so impressive!! It was a long distance move, however Denis was punctual in fact he arrived before time something that never happens with movers. lol
Denis & his team carefully unpacked all my items and put these where I wanted. All my furniture pieces and crystals arrived without a scratch !! I was delighted & highly impressed!!

We recently moved my mother (age 88) into a retirement home. Denis and his team were fantastic — from my initial inquiry to the final stages of the move. They accommodated all the elevator restrictions, wrapped the fragile artwork, and moved everything with care. This was an emotional move for my mother, and they handled everything with sensitivity. If I could give a higher rating than 10 out of 10 I would.

Denis and team helped my family move from our downtown Toronto condo into our new east-end semi. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. This was back in 2021 when they operated as mysimplymove. They’ve just rebranded as Comfy Move and I thought it was time to pay it forward.

On moving day, we received a knock on our condo door at our start time exactly. They already had their truck at the loading dock and had the elevator organized and ready to go.

We surprised them with more stuff than expected, and storage lockers on 2 floors. They worked quickly and without complaint. They continued to handle our stuff with care, even as we started to face a time crunch.

The process at the new house was the same. In spite of many surprises (including them first having to re-arrange and move the construction materials left by our contractor), they quickly dove in and got to work.

In the end, I was expecting some surprise charges due to the extra work and effort involved in our project. But, none came. They honored the original price with a smile.

I will 100% use them again and recommend them to anybody looking for a quality, small-business owned mover.

I am in awe of these guys’ professionalism, competence, and care. Right from the start, they asked all the right questions, so it was clear they knew what they were doing. They arrived promptly, moved our furniture out of the way, put protective pads down, removed old appliances from our mezzanine and brought up new ones, and put everything back as it was. They paused so I could sweep and mop where the old appliances had been before putting the new ones in place. They were amazing to work with.

Denis and his crew were great. Very punctual and professional throughout. They were efficient and pleasant. Everything is nicely wrapped and they put runners through the house. Moving can be a nightmare but they made it easy and comfortable. Denis is also very responsive. Highly highly recommended.

So I was a bit skeptical to hire this company to move my belongings because all of the reviews are 5 stars. I thought these reviews can’t all be real, but they are! And here I am giving this company 5 stars because they actually deserve it. Denis and his crew were punctual, professional, friendly and fast, yet down to earth. This was my first time hiring a moving service as I moved to a different city. Communication with them previous to the move was great; Denis replied usually within minutes and was always very helpful. During move day, the service was first class and everything was handled with care. At destiny, everything was placed as indicated and they assembled every furniture again. Great experience, totally recommend it.

Of all the moving companies I have used, Comfy Move was, by far, the best. I had a more complex situation and needed to move a 2-bedroom apartment’s amount of unassembled furniture from a house in Toronto to a building in downtown Montreal. Denis responded to each one of my numerous emails quickly and answered all of my questions. The move itself could not have gone better. They assembled several of the pieces upon arrival and that was also done perfectly. They even took the cardboard to the building’s garbage area. It isn’t often that you experience such flawless, superb service and I absolutely highly recommend them.
